We genuinely believe that yoga matters

We believe that every body is a yoga body and that everybody can benefit from a regular yoga practice. At Moa Yoga, we believe in community, not competition. We find yoga, for the word ‘yoga’ in Sanskrit means ‘to yoke – to join and to unite’. So whatever our experience, expertise or preferred practice, our love of yoga !
